perferably outdoor ceremony maybe indoor reception? i was thinking about having te ceremony down at the water front ad my reception at st. lukes gym (louisville) originally but it seems to far for people to travel to the reception.

I would look at Metro Parks or you could try to see if a local nursery would be willing to host the ceremony--Are you tied to St Lukes or just trying to save money by catering yourself?
